Angle roller conveyors
Angle roller conveyor are often used when the goods to be moved require the attaching of labels, decals or bar codes, which means there has to be a pre-defined clearance between goods, labeller or printer.
To ensure the right clearance, the goods to be moved are guided to the edge of the conveyor section by means of angle rollers. The rollers on this conveyor are slightly at an angle and, together with the vertical rollers attached to the side, transport the goods safely. The system is driven by round belts.
Thanks to vertically adjustable supports and suspensions, roller conveyors can be adapted to any kind of building requirements or adjacent conveyors.

Angle belt conveyors
Packages are fed into or out of a conveyor line by means of the angle belt conveyor.
The infeed or outfeed angle of the angle belt conveyor is 30 or 45 degrees. It is possible to manufacture angle belt conveyors with special angles. Transmission is carried out via a head drive in connection with narrow parallel belt strips.
Due to the vertically adjustable support/suspension, the angle belt conveyor can be optimally adapted to the structural conditions or the adjacent conveyor.

The project management is your constant contact person and takes all decisions, which ensures fast decision-making processes and maximum flexibility in the ongoing project. The project team also consists of a deputy project manager, a construction team and an assembly team. The project team is informed at all times about the ongoing project phases in order to guarantee redundancies.
Based on preliminary talks, the project team creates a detailed specification and clarifies all technical and safety-related framework conditions with you. In close consultation with you, the exact schedule will then be drawn up and the monitoring of the project's progress will be planned. In the course of project execution, decisions are clarified through short official channels and with handshake quality. The compilation and handover of the documentation in accordance with the Machinery Directive is carried out properly and the system is accepted together with you and all those responsible.

Roller tracks
Roller tracks are used for manual horizontal transportation of the units to be moved.
Depending on the handling device, goods to be conveyed, weight and requirements, the shipping unit runs over rollers of different designs.
We only supply roller tracks together with a driven conveyor system.

Manufacturing and pre-assembly
As soon as the planning is complete, the design department orders the individual components, which are made available in the workshops according to the project schedule.
Individual components such as laser, folded, turned and milled parts for our conveyor profiles as well as coating work are created or carried out and delivered by long-standing partner companies.
After incoming goods have been checked, we carry out the welding work in our state-of-the-art production workshops. In this way we can ensure consistent quality of the weld seams and shape. The pre-assembly and extensive functional tests also take place in our assembly hall. After a successful test run and outgoing goods inspection, the product is delivered to the customer, where final assembly takes place.

Belt conveyors
The belt conveyor can transport shipping units horizontally, upwards or downwards to a defined destination.
If the belt conveyor moves at an incline either up or down, an additional belt is used at the lower end. The transmission takes place with a low-maintenance chain transmission. To ensure that the transfer to the next conveyor is as smooth and quiet as possible, transition bends with increments of 6 degrees are used at the upper conveyor level.
A belt conveyor is driven by a head or middle drive. Because of the more economical use of material in the head drive, it is lighter and requires fewer spare parts. However, due to the larger belt wrap angle with the middle drive, the drive power can be better transferred to the belt. This makes it possible to build longer belts and transport heavier weights. The belt can also be tensioned in two ways. Either by shifting the drive/deflection drum at the head drives or by a tension pulley in the middle drive station. The advantage of the middle clamping station is that it can be operated from one side. In all cases, the belt runs via the deflection drum.
The belt conveyor is equipped with separately height-adjustable support feet to optimally adjust the conveying level. In the case of ceiling mounting, suitable suspension devices are included for easy installation on site.
The base frame and transverse spacers of our belt conveyor are made of extruded aluminium with a wall thickness of 4 mm and are additionally bolted to ensure maximum stability. The side guides can be integrated into the profile or set up as an additional guide above the scaffolding. The belt’s running surface is made of galvanized sheet steel.
