The corner deflector for wood package conveyor systems is a combination of a multi-track modular belt and roller conveyor with an electromechanical eccentric lifting mechanism. This allows the conveying direction to be changed at an angle of 90°.

The modular belt conveyors can be designed as 2, 4, 5 or 6-lane conveyors and, like the modular chain conveyors, can be used in a variety of ways. With the extremely low-maintenance and lubricant-free link belt conveyor technology, goods can be conveyed smoothly with both systems.
The non-marking conveyor technology can be used for cross and longitudinal transport. Toothed belt-driven roller conveyors guarantee maintenance-free operation in longitudinal transport.
You have a choice of 100 or 200 mm chain width. This results in a permissible tensile force per track of 10,000 N or 20,000 N. Depending on the load capacity, the modular belt chain is carried on plastic plates or steel slide rails.

Multi-unit vertical distributors
Vertical distributors make it possible to divide the parcels of a conveying stream into two conveying lines running one above the other or to combine them on one line without physical strain.
The vertical distributor with two swivelling belt conveyors is used when the throughput is to be up to 1,800 parcels per hour. In order to divide up the items to be transported, the two belt conveyors, one behind the other, swing up and down in opposite directions. The swivelling process is carried out by using a servo motor in connection with a crank drive. This enables exact positioning and very short changeover times.

Vertical distributors make it possible to divide the parcels of a conveying flow into two conveying lines running one above the other or to merge them into one line without physical stress.
The one-piece vertical distributor with a swivelling belt conveyor is used when the throughput is to be up to 1,200 parcels per hour. It consists of a belt conveyor that can be swivelled up or down. Due to the special construction, both a high throughput and a particularly long service life can be guaranteed. The vertical distributor works quickly and very precisely thanks to the toothed belt hoist with three-phase motor.
