Step-overs
Step-overs are required to enable or facilitate accessibility for maintenance or to reduce distances. But also due to legal safety regulations, step-overs, for example as escape routes, are planned.
The following step-overs can be used depending on the area of application:
- Step-overs for conveyor section access
- Step-overs without conveyor section access
- Step-overs with platforms (step ladders, ladders)
- Step-overs from side guide to side guide without conveyor section access and no platform

Modular belt conveyors
With parcel conveyor systems, it is sometimes essential to pick up a large number of parcels and deliver them in a controlled manner. Our modular belt conveyors can do that. They have a link belt chain in a very wide design and extra high side walls as intermediate storage. This means that nothing stands in the way of fast and comprehensive parcel pick-up and delivery.

Horizontal run-outs
The run-out is used either in the parcel output area or as sorting run-out in the back office area. Its design can be individually adapted to local conditions and ranges from a simple loop to complex shapes with various curved and arched elements.
The run-out can optionally be equipped with crescent plates made of steel or plastic or with plastic scales. The advantage of the crescent plates is that it is not possible to lift the plates in the conveyor line and thus reach the moving parts. The plastic scales, on the other hand, make it possible to use the entire circular width for transporting the parcels. The run-out drive can be created either positively by means of a chain or frictionally by means of a poly-V belt.

Performance & Services
General contractor
In almost all projects, we are also the contact for the control and related systems, although we are primarily a mechanical manufacturer. Thanks to many years of excellent cooperation with selected partner companies whose performance standards match our level of quality, we can also take care of projects as a general contractor.
In recent years, we have often taken on the role of general contractor in the areas of bins, baggage and pallet conveyor systems as well as high-bay warehouses and automated small parts warehouses and have implemented complex projects to the satisfaction of our customers.

Rotary tables
Rotary tables are mainly used in the field of mail and parcel conveyor technology for manual movements of transport items. They consist of a steel plate reinforced with flat steel, into which ball rollers are inserted through holes.

Elevator belt conveyors
Elevator belt conveyors are used to transport parcels to a defined destination. They are either ascending at the beginning of the conveyor and then horizontal or first horizontal and then descending. Transmission is carried out via head drives or middle drives.
Due to the more economical use of material in the head drive, it is lighter and fewer spare parts are required. However, due to the larger wrap angle of the belt, the drive power can be better transferred to the belt with the middle drive. This makes it possible to build longer belts and to transport heavier weights. The belt can also be tensioned in two ways: Either by shifting the drive/deflection drum or by a central middle tensioning station, whereby the latter can also be operated from one side.
The elevator belt conveyors equipped with separately height-adjustable support feet to optimally adjust the conveying level. In the case of ceiling mounting, suitable suspension devices are included for easy installation on site.

Parcel deflectors
The parcel deflector divides up different parcels running one after the other in a conveying flow.
Before the defined parcels arrive, the deflector pivots onto the conveyor line and directs a coherent row of parcel pieces to another conveyor line. After the parcels have been ejected with a different destination, the deflector swings back into the starting position and remains there until the next activation. The ejection can take place at an angle of 90° or 45°. If the ejection angle is specified as 45 degrees, then an angle roller conveyor should be planned.

Performance & Services
Service and maintenance
Our customer service is at your disposal for questions about spare parts, maintenance, warranty and guarantee. Our customer service is already involved in your project during the course of the technical processing in order to create the best conditions for optimal support.
Regular service and maintenance intervals ensure the service life, reliability and availability of your conveyor system well beyond the warranty period.
In order to detect possible signs of wear before a defect occurs, you have the option of regularly examining your system using the latest infra-red technology. This makes it possible to detect undesirably heat-radiating areas at an early stage with little expenditure of time. In this way, impending problems can be identified and components that are no longer perfect can be replaced.

Vertical conveyors
The vertical conveyor is used to connect two or more conveyor lines that are on different levels. The hoist is guided by a toothed belt and driven by a three-phase motor with a frequency converter. For higher performance, more torque can be provided with a servo-motor in combination with a rotary encoder for positioning. The lifting motor is mounted on the lower deflection for better maintenance accessibility.
Depending on the requirements of the goods to be moved, various load carriers such as roller, belt or accumulation roller conveyors can be attached. For gap monitoring between stationary and moving conveyor technology, either light barriers or light grids are used. In accordance with the applicable safety regulations, each vertical conveyor is fitted with protective fencing.

Performance & Services
Assembly and commissioning
We leave nothing to chance to maintain our high quality standards for many years. For this reason, the on-site assembly is carried out by an assembly team specially selected for this project with the best professional qualifications and reputation, so that the implementation runs smoothly. Regular control appointments ensure that schedules are adhered to and that any adjustments can be made at an early stage.
The safety of our personnel and those on site is the focus of our precise assembly operations.
