Container deflectors are used to move containers to different conveyor tracks. The conveyor tracks are on the same level and run parallel to each other.

Container deflector systems consist of a container conveyor on tracks that is mounted on the floor and transversely pulled to the main track by means of a toothed belt. The drive is stationary at the end of the toothed belt on the floor, and is a frequency-controlled geared motor that drives the drive shaft directly. Power supply is provided via an energy chain. Special noise-reduced wheels ensure smooth running and very quiet operation of our container deflectors. If required, the tracks can be installed in the floor. The capacity of the container deflector is lower than that of the traversing carriage.
