Roller conveyor
Roller conveyors are used for horizontal transportation of the units to be moved.
A 40 mm flat-belt mounted on small plastic pressure-rollers moves each individual roller and thus ensures an even conveyor flow. For maximum stability, the base frame and the transverse distances of our roller conveyors are made of extruded aluminium with a wall thickness of 4 mm and are screwed together. The side guides can be integrated into the profile or set up as an additional guide above the scaffolding.
Thanks to vertically adjustable supports and suspensions, roller conveyors can be adapted to any kind of building requirements or adjacent conveyors.

Strap output systems
Strap output systems are used when the material to be conveyed is to be transferred to a parallel conveyor section at the same level. The parallel tracks can be running either in the same or in the opposite direction. Strap offsets allow for an extremely smooth and noise-reduced transfer of goods.
When diverting out of the conveyor section, the goods are stopped by a light barrier on the strap offset. The strap offset’s hoist now lifts the goods over the top edge of the rollers. The goods are unloaded onto the parallel conveyor section via the belt conveyor and gently deposited.
For maximum stability, the base frame and the transverse distances of our strap output system are made of extruded aluminium with a wall thickness of 4 mm and are additionally screwed. The side guides can be integrated into the profile or set up as an additional guide above the scaffolding.
Thanks to vertically adjustable supports and suspensions, the strap output system can be adapted to any kind of building requirements or adjacent conveyors.

Curved roller conveyors
Curved roller conveyors are used to change the moving direction of goods..
Conic rollers create a difference in speed between the inner and outer corners. This makes it possible to transport the material on a consistent path. Backups in the curves are made possible through zero-pressure joining of goods.
Light sensors are placed in between the rollers for the purpose of controlling each individual segment. If segments are occupied by conveyed material, subsequent segments are deactivated to prevent collisions. Only those segments that are currently needed remain active. This results in an extremely energy-efficient system. The combination of curved roller conveyors and accumulation roller conveyors is therefore easy to implement.
Thanks to vertically adjustable supports and suspensions, curved roller conveyors can be adapted to any kind of building requirements or adjacent conveyors.

Gate
Gates are used for conveyor systems requiring free passageways.
Roller drives are designed according to customer needs (for example for accumulation sections). The gate can be opened and closed very easily by using gas pressure dampers. Opening the gate causes the drive to shut off automatically. Gates can be designed either with a single or double opening.
Thanks to vertically adjustable supports, gates can be adapted to any kind of building requirements or to adjacent conveyors.

Vertical conveyor
The vertical conveyor is used to connect two or more conveyor lines that are on different levels. The hoist is guided by a toothed belt and driven by a three-phase motor with a frequency converter. For higher performance, more torque can be provided with a servo-motor in combination with a rotary encoder for positioning. The lifting motor is mounted on the lower deflection for better maintenance accessibility.
Depending on the requirements of the goods to be conveyed, various load handling devices, such as, a roller, belt or accumulation roller conveyors can be attached. For gap monitoring between stationary and moving conveyor technology, either light barriers or light grids are used. In accordance with the applicable safety regulations, each vertical conveyor is fitted with perimeter guards.

Belt conveyor
The belt conveyor can transport shipping units horizontally, upwards or downwards to a defined destination.
If the belt conveyor moves at an incline either up or down, an additional belt is used at the lower end. The transmission takes place with a low-maintenance chain transmission. To ensure that the transfer to the next conveyor is as smooth and quiet as possible, transition bends with increments of 6 degrees are used at the upper conveyor level.
A belt conveyor is driven by a head or middle drive. Due to the more economical use of material in the head drive, it is lighter and fewer spare parts are required. However, due to the larger wrap angle of the belt with the middle drive, the drive power can be better transferred to the belt. This makes it possible to build longer belts and transport heavier weights. The belt can also be tensioned in two ways. Either by shifting the drive/deflection drum at the head drives or by a tension pulley in the middle drive station. The advantage of the middle clamping station is that it can be operated from one side. In all cases, the belt runs via the deflection drum.
The belt conveyor is equipped with separately height-adjustable support feet to optimally adjust the conveying level. In the case of ceiling mounting, suitable suspension devices are included for easy installation on site.
The base frame and transverse spacers of our belt conveyor are made of extruded aluminium with a wall thickness of 4 mm and are additionally bolted to ensure maximum stability. The side guides can be integrated into the profile or set up as an additional guide above the scaffolding. The belt’s running surface is made of galvanized sheet steel.

Bin conveyor systems
Ejector
The ejector divides up different bins running one after the other in a conveying flow.
Before the defined bins arrive, the ejector pivots onto the conveyor line and assigns a continuous row of bins to another conveyor line. After the bins have been ejected with a different destination, the deflector swings back into the starting position and remains there until the next activation. The ejection can take place at an angle of 90 or 45 degrees. If the ejection angle is specified as 45 degrees, then an inclined belt conveyor should be planned. This allows the flow to be deflected even more gently.

Rotary table with roller conveyor
The turntable with roller conveyor is used to deflect or turn conveyors by 90 or 180 degrees.
The roller rotary table consists of a swivel ring, which is connected to an attached roller conveyor and driven via a toothed belt, with an infinitely adjustable angle of rotation.

Bin conveyor systems from HÖRMANN Klatt Conveyors
Our bin conveyor systems meet the highest requirements for the efficient transport of goods.
All components have proven their reliability over the years and are used to the complete satisfaction of our customers. We use operating-cost-efficient components to optimise your system individually and according to your needs. Because companies and sales markets sometimes develop differently than planned, our systems can be expanded or modified at any time. This makes it possible to avoid lengthy planning and high costs. In addition to this, the replacement of wearing parts and general maintenance work can be carried out quickly and easily thanks to the well thought-out design.
Last but not least, thanks to the high quality of our systems, future costs will be kept within reasonable limits, because our products are fundamentally designed for heavy use and high weight load. All systems can be made of stainless steel and are suitable for low-temperature environments.
We ergonomically plan and design areas your employees have regular access to, so that they feel comfortable using the system. In addition to all safety aspects, we also pay particular attention to the noise generated by components and the entire conveyor system.
